The problems you are confronted with at a certain point have not always been there .They appeared in one specific moment and you just found yourself in front of them.
Every one of us may experience radical changes in life, moments in which the way we think and act may surprise us.

In order to gain more confidence in yourself just remember those days when this “problem” was not there. Then try to remember all the solutions you put in practice and did not work and eliminate them from your list.
It is important to think about what you can do to improve things not only for you and your lover, but also for the couple as a whole.

No matter whether you act out of the wish of being perfect or out of fear of failure the result may be the same: anxiety or stress, associated with negative thoughts which make things harder.

Nevertheless, do not despair because there is a solution for everything. You just have to think of a different way of approaching things from a different perspective.
